1. Viewers must tune in to Studio 23 starting Apr 29 until May 14, 2010 to watch out for the promo plug which will be airing anytime within the day in Studio 23.

3. Viewers of Studio 23 can start sending their entries via e-mail to studio23@abs-cbn.com starting Apr 29 until May 14, 2010, any day including Sundays.

4. Participants must include complete name, age, address and contact number in his entry. Participants must be of legal age to join the promo.

5. From all valid entries received starting Apr 29 until May 14, 2010, five (5) finalists shall be chosen on May 14, 2010, 5pm by Studio 23 representatives. Studio 23 representative will call the (5) FINALISTS of the promo.

a.) Upon the call of Studio 23 representative, FINALISTS must submit the following: i. Passport valid for travel 6 months before expiration Ii. Valid Identification Card (Government issued I.D. or office I.D.) Iii. Authorization to Travel Form and Signed Travel Waivers

b.) Deadline for submission is on May 17, 2010, 5:00pm

c.) Failure to submit necessary requirements via e-mail before May 17, 5pm will mean disqualification.

6. Winner with the most creative entry will get a chance to bring two (2) of her friends to Macau and Hongkong. Studio 23 will provide three (3) plane round-trip plane tickets each and Two Hundred Dollars ($200) will be given to the chosen winner as pocket money for travel.

7. OFFICIAL WINNER will be chosen via panel of Studio 23 judges. Final draw will be held on May 17, 2010, 5pm at 10F Marketing Office, ELJ Building, Mother Ignacia, Quezon City. OFFICIAL WINNER will be given a call by a Studio 23 representative and will receive a confirmation e-mail on or before May 17, 2010 to confirm that he has been chosen out of the five (5) finalists. Official Winner will be announced on May 29, 2010 via the airing of promo plugs in Studio 23.

8. Prizes are transferable. If the winner opts to transfer the prize, he/she is given 3 days (May 20, 2010) after the announcement, to advice the Studio 23 representative to take the option to transfer. Failure to comply with the above-mentioned condition will forfeit his/her prize and Studio 23 will honor another winner.

9. Prizes can be claimed on May 24, 2010 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at 10F, Marketing Department, ELJ Communications Center, Mother Ignacia St., Quezon City.

10. Winner must have:

a. Winner must have submitted an entry, with correct answer to the first promo question, complete answer to the second promo question and complete details (name/age/address/contact number) on or before May 14, 2010.

b. Winner must have submitted the following requirements via e-mail upon the call of Studio 23 representative on or before May 17, 2010. a) Signed Travel waiver and Authorization to Travel form

b) Passport valid for travel 6 months before expiration

c) Valid Identification Card (Government-issued ID or work ID)

10. Only entries received from Apr 29 to May 14, 2010 via studio23@abs-cbn.com are qualified for the promo.

11. Entries submitted without correct answer to the first promo question or without answer to the second promo question or without complete details (name/age/address/contact number) will be disqualified from the promo.

12. All employees of ABS-CBN and its affiliates , Studio 23, ad agencies and those of the participating sponsors and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

13. All minors (below 18 years old) are not allowed to join the promo.

14. Promo begins Apr 29, 2010 and ends May 14, 2010.

15. DISQUALIFICATION

a) Entries with wrong answer to the first promo question or without answer to the second promo question or without complete details (name/age/address/contact number), or submitted after May 14, 2010 are disqualified

b) Failure to submit necessary requirements via e-mail on or before cut-off date of May 14, 2010

d) Minors, all employees of ABS-CBN and its affiliates, Studio 23, ad agencies and those of the participating sponsors and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
